Motivational tool for my next round of gym activities.

Points I'll keep to myself:

Weight focused Go slow and use doable weight Variety of body weight exercises for warming up and warming down. Less cardio More walking around, longer routes to gym or anywhere. Weekends can be used as well. Try to sleep more, wake up early and do a round of jog around the area (if possible) even on rest days. More lean food, permits self to just lunch (but fist size), more vege and stick to non fired items, lesser gravy. Never stress on cardio much. I need no saggy skins anymore.
* edited - Fitness will not be part of this blog anymore, I think the direction will be more towards creative stuff. So another blog on fitness matters will be up pretty soon... interested? Drop me a mail. I tend not to mix things up from now on.
